How do I book a cleaning with TidyGlow?
Send us a quote request through any form on this site, call or text us, or email hello@tidyglow.ca. We reply within one business day — usually sooner — confirm the scope and price in writing, then hold your slot. For an immediate answer, call or text us during opening hours.
How far in advance should I book?
Recurring clients keep a fixed slot on the calendar, so there is nothing to rebook. For one-time cleans we recommend three to five days notice, and we can often accommodate urgent move-outs the next day.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
Most clients are not. You can leave a key, provide a lockbox or door code, or let us know a preferred entry method. Every team member completes a criminal background check before working unsupervised.
Can I request the same cleaner each visit?
Yes, and most recurring clients do. You are assigned a lead cleaner and a consistent team, with internal cover arranged if someone is away so your schedule never lapses.
