How we train and screen our teams
Every TidyGlow team member completes a criminal background check, WHMIS training and our documented method and standards program before working unsupervised. Medical, childcare and industrial crews receive additional site-specific training for the spaces they clean.
We are happy to provide written confirmation of our screening process to property managers or procurement teams on request.
