What is included in a standard house cleaning?

All floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen counters and sinks, stovetop and appliance exteriors, bathrooms fully sanitised, dusting of reachable surfaces, beds made, high-touch points wiped and interior glass cleaned.

What is not included in a standard clean?

Inside ovens, inside fridges, interior cabinets, baseboard detailing, wall washing and interior windows beyond reach are part of a deep clean rather than a standard visit. They can be added to any booking.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. We arrive with professional-grade products and HEPA-filtered vacuums at no extra cost. If you prefer we use your own supplies, simply leave them out and let us know.

Do you require a walkthrough before quoting?

For most homes a quick call or text plus a few photos is enough. Larger properties, post-construction sites and industrial spaces receive a free on-site assessment before we confirm pricing.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If anything falls short of the checklist, tell us within 24 hours and we return to correct it at no charge. That is the simplest way we know to stand behind our work.
